My daily toolbox included Active Directory and MS Exchange (on-prem), Qualys, Sophos, Mimecast, and occasional PowerShell scripting (in assistance with ChatGPT). I also documented troubleshooting steps thoroughly, created knowledge bases to support team learning, and shared expertise freely with colleagues — even consulting with higher-tier support on tricky cases. My style? Out-of-the-box thinking, strong logic, and a drive to fix what others might overlook.
