I am a partner at Silk Road Partners, a consulting firm that helps companies along the Silk Road and Spice Road cope with the current geopolitical uncertainties and ensure the robustness of their business. I am also an associate partner at Boer & Croon, an interim and consulting firm that helps companies review strategies in their supply chain, industrial, HR, or Finance and "get them done!" With over 25 years of experience in leading and transforming global operations, supply chains, and manufacturing in various industries, such as consumer electronics, industrial, and automotive, my track record has led me to challenging new assignments. My core competencies include driving for strategic and cultural alignment, industrial 4.0, smart factory, control tower, digital supply chain, building resilient adaptive and agile supply chains. On these topics I am a frequent speaker at executive supply chain summits. I am passionate about aligning the strategy with the business value proposition, building high-performing teams, and engaging with diverse stakeholders across cultures and functions.
