About Jan Ruppert

I'm a freelance 3D Generalist with a deep passion for cinematography, storytelling, and character-driven animation, which has led me to explore a wide range of disciplines and styles throughout my career. To many of my clients, I'm not just a freelancer but a compact animation studio, collaborating with ad agencies, film production houses, or fellow freelancers to create commercials, artworks, architectural/product visualizations, motion-graphics, and VFX from start to finish. I can be a one-stop solution but also love working as part of a team and focusing on specialized tasks like hard surface modeling, character animation, or CG lighting. Clients: Daimler, Bosch, Dalli-Group, Edeka, Brother, and many more. When I'm not working on client projects, I channel my creative energy into my own short films, artworks, photography, and other passion projects to continually refine my skills and embrace new workflows.
