About Jan Siemons

Jan Siemons is the Chairman of the International Trade & Investment Center (ITIC; see also board member of various Business Councils and Think Tanks (China, Europe, Asean, Japan, Iran, Turkey and India), member of some Think Tanks and supervisory boards (some real estate companies). Before, Jan was the founding father and the CEO of the International Location Advisory Services BV and the Real Estate Advisory Services BV, both companies within Ernst & Young, as well as SILC Global BV. Jan's international enterpreneurship has contributed a lot to the success of these companies. Jan is specialized in the field of corporate real estate management, trade and investment promotion, international corporate relocation strategy, financial feasibility, location and site selection studies. Over 25 years, Jan has a broad international experience in cross border projects for a wide range of companies, partly as programme manager and in most cases as the responsible client partner for the quality of deliverables in the field of real estate and relocation. Next to business strategy development, his expertise covers the areas of corporate real estate management, real estate finance, supply chain management, incentive negotiations, site selection and project management for shared services, call centers, Research & Development, distribution centers and production facilities. He has been responsible partner for over 250 site selection projects (greenfields, consolidations, relocations) and corporate real estate strategy engagements. Jan is in charge of investment and trade promotion, corporate real estate management, international corporate relocation strategy, financial feasibility, location and site selection studies. Jan has a broad international experience in cross border projects for a wide range of companies in the field of real estate and location strategy.
