My journey took me from frontline sales to leading the entire team, yet I’ve never stopped selling. That keeps me close to both results and people. Experience has taught me that successful strategies aren’t made in PowerPoint – they emerge through daily dialogue between the client, the team, and the company vision. I’m energized by meaningful projects that move our enterprise clients forward – locally and globally. I know I can’t do everything alone. That’s why I consciously surround myself with people who challenge and complement me. To me, leadership means the ability to steer the team forward and create an environment where we grow together. What drives me? A hunger to keep learning, push my own limits, grow, and lead a motivated, inspired team.
