Extensive expertise in comprehensive project planning is evident in my work, starting with initial discussions with potential clients and conducting thorough feasibility assessments, considering all building regulations. Daily tasks include preparing submission plans, which may require adjustments to development plans, and successfully obtaining all necessary permits in coordination with local authorities. Additionally, my skills include creating 3D visualizations that integrate surrounding structures and drafting construction plans. Effective coordination between clients (investors), local authorities, and contractors is a priority. Throughout the entire process, I ensure close guidance and active client involvement. I am available as a reliable point of contact for all parties involved. Current projects cover a range of developments, from single-family homes to multi-family residences. Notably, one project under my management involves constructing 48 employee residences, two tennis courts, a multipurpose hall, a bowling alley, and a bar area. Special attention is given to soundproofing the employee residences within the same building.
