About Jan Stevens

I design and build digital systems that turn operational chaos into clean, scalable workflows. With over 20 years of international experience, I combine deep technical capability with strategic leadership—helping businesses streamline processes, automate complexity, and grow with clarity. As Founder of Digtiz, I specialize in the intersection of automation, AI, WordPress, Airtable, and workflow design. I architect solutions that replace manual work with smart, efficient systems—whether that means building custom integrations, crafting high-performance websites, or mapping out end-to-end operational infrastructure. My background includes leading large, cross-functional teams across Europe and North America, managing full business units, and delivering product innovation in competitive global markets. I’ve worked hands-on with sales, marketing, engineering, support, and implementation teams, which gives me a rare, full-stack understanding of how organizations actually run. What I bring to the table: • Automation architecture & no-code/low-code systems • WordPress & Airtable integrations • SEO-driven web development • Digital operations and workflow optimization • Cross-functional leadership & team development • Product and operational strategy (pricing, positioning, GTM, competitive analysis)Today, I help companies build digital foundations that are simple, efficient, and ready to scale—mixing technical precision with practical business insight. If your operations, website, or data workflows feel messy or inefficient, I can help make them flow.
