I have a strong depth of knowledge acquired during my 30+ years designing and overseeing hundreds of VIP programs in the world's most desirable destinations. I am truly passionate about finding those unexpected program elements that surprise and really WOW the participants. With a focus on attention to every detail and an appreciation for the need to always be ten steps ahead, my client's needs are first and foremost. I start by listening and understanding a client's key business objectives, corporate culture and demographics, I anticipate their needs and work with the internal and external teams to provide customized programs that are well thought through and designed to drive higher levels of performance.
