About Jan Tecl

I am member of tax team in EKP advisory. I am a participant of VAT and international taxation section in the Chamber of Tax Advisers of the Czech Republic. My main specialization primarily are value added tax, international taxation and business combinations. I focus on the real estates and related issues. I graduated in the University of Economics in Prague and during my studies I passed the exams and became a certified tax advisor. I remained active at the university ever since I finished my PhD’s degree and currently, I am giving lectures in the Faculty of Finance and Accounting. I will help you with correct set up of structuring of investment in the Czech Republic from the tax perspective together with providing of due diligence of your target, afterwards I can help you with fulfilling tax obligations such as filling many types of tax returns (VAT return or corporate income tax return). Besides the long-term cooperation you can reach me for ad-hoc consultancy. During my career I have already helped with loads of business transformations and related accounting advisory. For some clients, I provided consultancy to a group of companies including more than 20 real-estate companies with a foreign element or I implemented tax and reporting systems in many start-ups.
