About Jan Wohlgemuth

As a Principal Product Development Engineer at Dansac A/S, I have over 24 years of experience in designing and developing innovative medical devices. I hold a B.Sc.Eng in Plastics Engineering from Teknikum Helsingør. My competences include product development, idea generation, design controls, customer interactions, plastics technologies, documentation & prototyping and project management. It motivates me to work with product development and investigate the user requirements being expressed and to uncover the underlying real needs. I am passionate about designing and developing new medical device products and equipment that can fulfil those needs and make a positive difference in people's lives. I have successfully led and contributed to multiple both smaller and larger projects, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and market share. One I'm most proud of is a groundbreaking new pH Buffering Skin Adhesive Technology. I am always eager to learn new technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
