About Jana Eisma

A former boss once told me,".always protect your fire.” I have a passion for helping. With my tenacity, assertiveness, and ‘do it’ attitude, getting things done are the main goals. Through implementing project management softwares such as Wrike and Asana, helping Effie Worldwide execute international programs, leading 40+ women in the Alpha Chi Omega organization, and representing Amazon as a brand at the University of California Riverside, these roles helped showcase this passion. It brings me joy to lead and create structure. It takes consistency and patience. These characteristics played key roles while working for various companies throughout my career. I am open to more opportunities the can pursue my fire. I am a problem solver, a self- starter, and a motivator that is willing to take a challenge to my career.
