As the COO of Mitigate, I drive daily operations, crisis management, and the strategic implementation of forward-thinking business practices. I specialize in fostering collaboration, innovation, and sustainable development to create solutions that bridge the gap between business success and global responsibility. My role is rooted in a commitment to empowering the next generation and promoting ethical leadership. Leveraging over a decade of leadership experience in IT, coupled with a Master's in Law and an Executive MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics, I bring expertise in business planning, corporate law, HR management, change management, and team building to every initiative. In 2023, I was honored to be appointed as the Sustainability Ambassador of Latvia, where I advocate for data-driven ESG practices. I also founded "Beat IT," a mentorship program empowering young women and promoting ESG principles. As a certified board member through the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance and an Advisor Level member of the International Association for Sustainable Economics, I actively contribute to fostering sustainable practices across industries. At Mitigate, I lead the promotion of cutting-edge AI solutions alongside ESG tools, enabling businesses to navigate complex challenges, enhance operational efficiency, and achieve measurable sustainability goals. Through initiatives like the Mitigate AI Workshops, I help organizations transform ideas into actionable Proof of Concept (POC) models, driving practical innovation that aligns with ESG values.
