She has been instrumental in navigating the complex landscape of federal, state, and local government procurements and getting the company registered to expand operations. Her role involves identifying new business opportunities and cultivating a deep understanding of the governmental regulations and standards that impact the roofing industry. She is committed to ongoing professional development and plans to supplement her knowledge through industry-specific certifications and workshops. Janaca holds an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Business from Carl Albert State College. Janaca is a proud member of the National Technical Honor Society, a non-profit that empowers students and teachers in technical education. In her free time, Janaca enjoys fishing, kayaking, and the joys of puppy ownership.
