As an Assistant General Manager at wagamama, I lead a team of over 40 staff members and oversee the daily operations of a busy restaurant. I am responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and driving sales and profitability. With over nine years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have developed strong skills in hospitality management, sales operations. I started my career as a Line Chef to Sous Chef at wagamama, where I learned the art of cooking and serving Asian-inspired dishes. I then progressed to the Front Of House Manager role, where I managed the service, staff, and inventory of the restaurant. I am passionate about delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests, while also creating a positive and productive work environment for our team. I am always eager to learn new skills and techniques, and to collaborate with other professionals in the field. My goal is to advance my career in the hospitality industry and to contribute to the success and growth of wagamama.
