So I Play a role of Collection Specialist, Helping the customer to resolve their queries and help them managing their paypal account. 2024- moved to the different product of paypal i.e Working Capital. Which basically helps Business accounts. Handling the Cash in Advance Started my journey with Byju's since September 6th 2019 till July 18th 2021 Byju's is an education platform, where it helps children to learn from home.*Worked for Refund of the customer.*Helped the customers in cancelation of the product and update them about refund.*To follow up on the customers and assist them with related queries.*Emphathizing the customer and helping them for better.* Handling escaltions and solving the queries Started my career with Hinduja Global Solutions pvt limited in the year 2016. Hinduja Global Solution (HGS) is a US Healthcare based company, which was an internation process. Worked from providers end to get the payment from payers.*Worked with eligibility verification * Worked with getting the claim status and payments receivable.*Trained new batches.*Promoted as Quality analyst.* Driving the team towards quality and providing training for improvement.*Setting up new ideas and new plans of action to attain 100% quality.
