About Janani Hari

An avid data lover, with over 6 years of experience in data and analytics, spanning over consulting and insurance industries. During my consulting career, I have been proud to have worked closely with some of the Fortune 500 companies (in retail, manufacturing, energy and mining) to design data driven solutions for their business problems and improve decision making for different verticals of businesses such as pricing, customer, operations and sales. At Allianz, I am a part of an in-house analytics team, managing the Direct-to-Consumer products portfolio. I closely with our internal teams like Sales, Consumer, Strategy and Management teams to improve customer experiences by monitoring, analysing and communicating the performance of our Direct products in the market, and maintain positive interactions with the broader teams to drive transformations and improve our market growth. I enjoy being a team player, who is always up for a coffee catch-up and some fun at work but also deliver quality work at the same time.
