With over 7 years of experience in program management, contract oversight, records accuracy, and healthcare access, I’ve led cross-functional teams, developed SOPs, and implemented compliance training programs that improved system performance and documentation practices. My background spans federal agency work, healthcare navigation, and HR compliance—allowing me to translate policy into practical workflows that protect data and streamline operations. Whether I’m analyzing vendor contracts, validating system records, or building PowerPoints to recommend IT solutions, my goal is the same: protect data, empower teams, and improve outcomes. Currently preparing for a permanent change of station (PCS) move to Hawaii in Fall 2025 as a proud military spouse.
