About Janci Prinsloo

I started my career at Media24 in 2008 in the Family Magazines division after completing my B.Com degree at the North-West University in Potchefstroom. I am currently the Operations Manager at Dalmatian Advertising. I am responsible for the systems and processes within the Studio, Account Management and Production teams. Daily tasks encompass everything that it takes to track and control the process of a job and the people involved from inception to completion. I have worked on various project management software systems. Such as Asana, Magnetic and Chase. My previous position as Digital Operations Manager at ROI Digital gave me insight into the running of a digital agency. My skills includes but is not limited to implementing and following traffic procedures within a digital or traditional agency, developing and implementing marketing plans, execute PR Plans, radio and print production, arrange product or lifestyle shoots, developing market specific merchandise and promotional items, plan and execute multiple corresponding events and manage marketing costs and budgets. I thrive under pressure and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
