Jancy Mathew –Head Standards & Research, CSDCI •M.Tech.(geotechnical & Environmental Engineering) Life Member, Indian Geotechnical Society. •Jancy Mathew is a Civil Engineer with specialization in Geo-Technical & Geo-Environmental Engineering She has 30 years of experience in multitasking environment, which includes geotechnical investigations, expertize in construction material testing, tendering & skilling. •For the past 8 years working in CSDCI Chief Operating Officer since April 21,CSDCI Worked as Interim CEO December 20-August 21,CSDCI GM Standards & Research in CSDCI the Construction Skill council, India 2017-2020 Head Standards & Research CSDCI 2014-2017 • Headed the standard team at CSDCI and responsible for developing the detailed career map for construction workers, developed 100 skill qualifications and national occupational standards under National skill qualification framework ranging from NSQF level 1-6. She was the domain expert from CSDCI for UKERI project in the year 2015-16 and done mapping of 5 Indian Qualifications & NOS with UK qualifications & NOS. Summit skills was the UK lead for this work. • Apart from the above she is responsible for development of curriculum & course content for all approved Qualifications under construction sector •Also responsible to develop the assessment norms and criteria for all construction sector QPs •Also responsible for Aligning vocational qualifications in the construction sector with NSQF skill qualifications. • Participated in study tour in the year 2016 to UK organized by EU-funded India Skills Development Project to study the training assessment, learning & certification by UK system.
