About Jane Austin

With over 25 years of experience in project delivery, operations, sales, and account management. I am currently I am a Senior Manager in Global Project Management at BT Business, managing the portfolio and teams for complex projects for the Logistics, Airlines and Automobile verticals. Prior to this I was the Customer Success Principal at BT, leading the Manufacturing and Natural Resources verticals. I have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and I am an Agile Practitioner. I have a passion for growing great teams, building trust and relationships, and delivering value to my customers. I moved back to the UK in 2020 from South Africa, where I worked for BT for 5 years in various roles, including Client Delivery Director for Natural Resources and Utilities clients. In my current role, I leverage my expertise in building and managing teams delivering large strategic and complex projects. My experience and skills in business development, contract management, retaining existing business allows me to understand and contribute to any business. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team, and I am always eager to learn and grow.
