About Jane Ball

I moved to North Carolina 25+ years ago, and absolutely fell in love with this state. There are many fun and exciting things to do and see just in our local area, I can’t imagine living anywhere else. I purchased my first home 2 years later and still remember that “I finally made it, I’m a homeowner now!” feeling. I love that I’m now the one that gets to witness that for the people I’m lucky enough to get to know and help. I met my husband here that same year, married him 14 years ago and now have 3 beautiful children who are now enrolled in Garner Public Schools. So I found myself with a little extra time on my I’m not new to real estate. My husband, Douglas, is a developer and builder, so I’ve been walking the walk and talking the talk for years. I started selling real estate in 2013, assisting sellers achieve their goals and helping families find their dream home, and I’m off to a great start with Go! This is going to be a wonderful experience for me and my family, and I’m really excited to be working with such an energetic and seasoned team of brokers. My background is in the finance area; however, I have had my hand in the cookie jar (so to speak). I previously owned a cookie company and catering company. I am now the Director for the Caroline Ball Family Foundation, supporting individuals with Down Syndrome and their families All of these experiences will prepare me to assist you, my client, in having the most positive experience you’ll ever have buying or selling real estate.
