Jane is a Planning Director at Savills based at the London HQ office. Her focus is providing planning advice which is entrepreneurially-minded and deliverable; and always in the commercial context of how best to optimise value of land and property assets through the planning process. She has over 25 years professional experience in planning and development related issues, working within the main market sectors to include residential, offices and industrial, leisure, retail and hotel schemes advising private and public sector clients. She frequently acts as lead consultant on strategic projects and has been instructed as a High Court expert alongside appearing at s78 and CPO Planning Inquiries, planning hearings and Local Plan Examinations.
