Completes all OSOTC forms.Assures that all form submission occurs within specified time periods.Maintain ongoing documentation and database related to our required annual and triannual program reviews and communicates non-compliance with standards, action plans and measures of success to department leadership.Assists in providing instruction and training to other transplant staff.Assists in the creation of reports related to tracking compliance.Validates information posted on UNet and communicates any corrections or additions to Administrative Director. Initiates corrective action with UNOS/OPTN staff as appropriate.Assists in coordination of training and communication related to regulatory compliance.
