Committed and time served EHS professional working currently in the public sector and previously for one of the largest global corporations working in the worlds of food, agriculture, nutrition and risk management. Responsible for the oversight of all health, safety, and compliance related matters on behalf of Lincolnshire Police, setting and maintaining appropriate standards and establishing effective systems of delivery. Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety legislation, advising and assisting managers, and developing and maintaining policies, practices and procedures. Developing and implementing processes and procedures ensuring statutory obligations for health, safety and compliance are met. Taking the lead in identifying the risks and issues inherent to the workplace and drive continuous improvement activities across the organisation to promote a positive health, safety and wellbeing culture.Working closely with the Estates and Facilities Teams to ensure the provision of compliant health and safety for both people and buildings.Demonstrating the force values at all times to deliver the highest professional standards in service to the public.A team player who can work with multiple stakeholders and guide projects to completion.
