About Jane Campbell

I am a HR Specialist and trainer specialising in HR, project management, change management and leadership development. I have a breadth of experience across sectors from SME’s to Charities, from public sector to hospitality working with staff from all levels of the organisation to achieve success. My current role is Interim Regional HRBP for an international fast food delivery business reporting into the Head of Culture and Capability for the UK. This role has had me supporting restaurant managers, Area Managers and Coaches across the south of Scotland and providing strategic support to the Operations Director for Scotland During the last 25 years, I have worked in Management Consultancy (Project and Change Management), Training and Sales Management, which has had me working in a diverse range of organisations from GEC in Shanghai to Police Service of Northern Ireland, from Marco Polo Hotel Group in Hong Kong to the Autotrader in Belfast and Skibo Castle in Scotland. This has given me a breadth of experience across a number of sectors with the commonality being that to achieve success you need to engage people regardless of culture or political environment. What I love most about my work is seeing organisations and people develop and begin to achieve things they never thought possible! I believe very much that as an HR Professional I have to work very much in partnership with my clients and colleagues and that way we can achieve their objectives and have proven that on many occasions!
