About Jane Cooper

Ms. Cooper is a senior policy analyst and evaluator with more than twenty-five years experience in social science research and writing, working independently and as a contributing member of research teams. She has broad experience in designing and implementing qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation methods, which have provided clients in government, non-profit and the private sector with evidence-based findings to help them make sound decisions about policy and program development. Ms. Cooper is recognized as a Credentialed Evaluator by the Canadian Evaluation Society. Ms. Cooper is an expert at finding reliable sources of information - people, publications and data - quickly and efficiently evaluating and analyzing the content, and writing clear and concise syntheses in a style that is accessible to the client. Ms. Cooper has worked for clients in Canada, and internationally in Eastern Europe, Central Asia, South Asia and Africa. She is pre-qualified to respond to Canadian federal government RFPs through a ProServices Supply Arrangement.
