About Jane Copsey

I am an experienced management professional with a strong operational, marketing and customer/client relationship background. I re-located to Dorset 6 years ago to follow a long held wish to be beside the sea. Adaptable, flexible and commercially astute, I have an approachable manner, I am 'people' orientated and have the ability to inspire, motivate and lead teams. I can think strategically with the ability to deliver tactically. The breadth and depth of my experience would suit a small to medium size enterprise looking to take their business to the next stage or the education/training sector where traditionally there has been a lack of experienced, commercial management skills able to interpret and manage the ever-changing delivery and funding landscape in a pragmatic and sustainable way. I am enthusiastic, creative with a 'can do' attitude and a determination to succeed. I recently joined Weymouth Area Development Trust to make a difference to the Town by supporting community led projects to improve the economic, environmental and community prospects for the people living in the area.
