I have excellent communication skills; verbal, written and presentation With 27 years experience of working within a Contact Centre, both inbound/outbound. Over 17 years in a Team management role, Experienced in managing a multi-disciplinary team, face to face/virtually. Experienced in coaching/mentoring staff so they reach their potential, driving service quality performance. I'm performance focused, promoting/sharing best practice, with a proven track record of delivering results. I've highly developed leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. I'm a confident negotiator, with strong influencing skills, experienced in developing good relationships internally/externally, I'm passionate about staff engagement, a believer in reward & recognition. Experience of working with internal communications/engagement, I have transferable skills. I've strong people skills, being friendly and approachable, working well within a team or on my own. I welcome challenges and respond well due to being self motivated. I've strong innovative skills, a creative thinker, initiating and implementing new ideas on many occasions, showing that I'm solutions focused, that I can influence and manage change. I have excellent planning/organizational skills ensuring a successful delivery of goals, within deadlines, able to work under pressure. I can plan and prioritize my workload. I have a good understanding of policies and guidelines; Health & Safety, HR, Data Protection and Information Governance. I'm computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. I have experience in recruiting, interviewing staff; both group and individually. I agree that feedback is a two way process, encouraging 360 feedback with those that I've managed and my managers. I am flexible, reliable, and not forgetting that I have a good sense of humour!
