I’m a passionate and values-led Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) leader, committed to creating cultures where everyone feels seen, heard, and empowered to thrive. Most recently, I was the DEI Specialist at the EY Foundation, where I led strategic initiatives to advance equity and social mobility—ensuring young people from low-income backgrounds had access to the opportunities, skills, and support they deserve. My work spanned strategy, training, policy, and culture change, rooted in empathy, action, and collaboration. Prior to this, I spent over 24 years at GSK, where I played a leading role in shaping the organisation’s wider DEI agenda. While being part of the leadership team of Spectrum LGBTQ+ Network and championing LGBTQ+ inclusion—including allyship programmes and trans and non-binary visibility—I also collaborated closely with other Employee Resource Groups such as Embrace (Race and Ethnicity), the Disability Confidence Network, and the Women’s Leadership Initiative. As a Culture Ambassador, I helped design and deliver intersectional initiatives and inclusive practices that reached thousands across the organisation, embedding equity, belonging, and cultural change into the everyday employee experience. My work is personal. I’m a proud mum of a trans son, and that lived experience drives my unwavering commitment to inclusion. I believe in the power of storytelling to build empathy, challenge assumptions, and move people to act. My leadership is people-first, emotionally intelligent, and grounded in integrity.
