With 9 years of operations management experience in a high-paced environment, I specialise in solving the unsolvable within companies. I bring wisdom to management and processes, leading organisations out of chaos and implementing innovative solutions. We do operations magic together with my team in OpsLab! My academic background in business studies from Bremen and Vienna has provided a solid foundation for my career. I have developed processes and analytics dashboards across departments, boosting organisations with over $20 million in annual recurring revenue collectively. As a fractional COO, I have collaborated with over 30 companies across various business verticals, freeing up owners' time and energising teams with the power of change. My previous roles include being an Operations Partner at ZAS Ventures and Acrobator Ventures. I am a big fan of spreading the science of self-management and coaching owners and businesses to achieve their goals. Currently, I also mentor startups at Techstars, GrowthMentor sharing my expertise and guiding them through their early stages of growth. I am also a TEDx speaker
