Summary of Qualifications I am a certified teacher turned educational software project manager whose work-passion has impacted teachers, students, and their communities across the globe. As an engaging and relatable EdTech trainer, I taught tech-averse to tech-whizz educators how to use their new software in ways that support the remarkable work they are doing in the classroom every day. From overseeing all aspects of training implementation to designing curriculum and professional development, training internally and externally, to delivering remote and onsite instruction, my work life since leaving the classroom has been dedicated to continuing the cause for education ecosystems. Career Highlights * As a public school teacher: Assigned the leadership role among a team of teachers tasked with designing standards-based curriculum intended to promote positive transitions for incoming Freshmen. Responsible for managing the team and delivery of the program for its duration.* As an interventionist and federal grant coordinator at a high school: Using program data, designed, implemented, and managed creative interventions for at-risk high school students.* As the trainer for a startup EdTech software company: Oversaw all aspects of design and implementation of training externally to customers, internally company-wide, and as a supervisor to a group of power users hired as certified trainers.* As a team member for an EdTech startup company: Designed and supported unique opportunities like our Certified B Corp effort, co-chaired a social club for 45 employees globally, and managed a company-wide day off to volunteer.* As the trainer for an established EdTech corporation: Seamlessly transitioned the training department during acquisition, training new team members and working collaboratively to ensure continuous exceptional training for new and existing customers.
