About Jane Finney

With a true passion for quality, patient safety and performance improvement, I bring over 30 years of progressive clinical healthcare experience and expertise to the healthcare consulting arena. My core clinical experience is in the laboratory where I honed my analytical skills, team-style of leadership and became interested in performance improvement. I had the opportunity to branch out from the laboratory and move into Quality Management where I led my organization in embracing quality and patient safety as core to providing safe, reliable quality care. One project team that I led received recognition from the Picker Institute where the project is included in the Picker Institute’s Always Events Toolbox.
