I am a seasoned business change professional specialising in managing change in diverse business settings. My people management and interpersonal skills have been honed over 30 years in senior management within various organisations including complex academic, hospital and education sectors. This has involved working with a variety of disciplines including operational, IT, clinical services, and external customers to ensure successful delivery of their business transformation. My USP is that I am an enthusiastic people person who enjoys the challenge of taking others on the change journey. I am passionate about helping others to get the most out of a change. I have an in-depth understanding of introducing change, working closely with stakeholders at all levels to determine the effect technology enabled transformation will have.
