About Jane Gregg

I have been working with teams & their development needs for over 20 years, as a leader myself and as an internal and external consultant and coach. I've been fortunate to work in the inspiring and exciting environments of high tech and health care. During my years with the Microsoft Corporation, I led training and software development teams in the US, Europe and Asia. My last job at Microsoft was leading the Management Development Group, which was responsible for training all the managers at the company. I joined first Seattle Children's Hospital and, most recently, Fred Hutch Cancer Center to combine my passion for leadership and organizational development with a commitment to reimagining the experience of receiving and working in health care. For these organizations I have led different learning and organizational development areas. I have developed a reputation as a connected leader, engaging and effective facilitator, and results-driven partner. As a consultant, I coach, facilitate, and consult with inspiring and dedicated organizations, helping them take a strategic approach to their organizational development and grow their leadership bench. Change management and human-centered design principles underpin everything I do, centered in the belief that it's not enough to tell people what to do; you have to make the right thing the easy and enriching thing to do.
