I have excellent exposure of the Lloyd’s market which in turn has developed my understanding of Lloyd's Corporation and the Lloyd's market. I also co-chair the Gender Inclusion Network (GIN) and Diversity & Inclusion is a key focus for myself in this industry. I want to lead in making a noticeable change in our industry where we can attract & retain a diverse pool of talent.
