I am passionate about people! I have experience working on transformation initiatives across the private and public sectors. I love working with people and have a strengths based approach to team building and problem solving. I enjoy working in a way that plays to the strengths of teams with am motivated by having goals and achieving desired outcomes which has led to a proven track record of delivery. I take a collaborative approach and build effective teams and networks. I am confident managing all aspects of projects including technical project management, finance management and leading people and teams. As well as responsibility for managing projects, my experience includes risk management, budgeting designing and managing organisational change and reporting results to a variety of stakeholders at a number of levels including senior management
