Utilising my passion for leadership and organisational skills within the customer service environment, I have achieved numerous promotions into roles of progressive responsibility. Using my Lean Management skills and ILM Management qualifications I have implemented improvements to reduce overheads and to improve efficiency using performance management and continuous improvement. I have Managerial experience in providing excellent customer service, performance management and continuous improvement. I am flexible with a good aptitude towards an ever changing working environment and are looking for a challenging role where I can use my transferable skills in customer service, communication and training.I work with those responsible for Learning & Development in their organisations deliver skills change, behaviour change or knowledge change with practical, affordable and effective solutions.
