I am an experienced and accredited Career Development Practitioner specialising in supporting young people. My approach is practical, creative, and people-centred, embedding design thinking principles into career development to help individuals make informed decisions and take meaningful action toward their futures. With experience across universities, schools, government agencies, and not-for-profits, I have expertise in career education, service development, coaching, and leadership. I focus on building effective, scalable career development initiatives and ensuring career guidance is fully integrated into education settings rather than treated as an add-on. In both leadership and practice, I take a collaborative and supportive approach, ensuring that individuals—whether students, coleagues, or teams—feel equipped, confident, and in control of their decisions.
