I have currently been working for 10 years as a Training Manager with Babcock Training, now Inspiro Learning. I manage a team of up to 12 Regional Trainers - who are delivering Apprenticeships in the workplace, covering Hospitality, Retail, Customer Service and Business Administration and Management qualifications. I have also engaged with a lot of employers over the last 10 years, to seek out new business, and offer Apprenticeships into sites we were not currently delivering in. This was a new role for me, after having over 20 years’ experience in Retail Management, and it is an opportunity for me to be able to give something back to the Apprentices. I am an enthusiastic, motivated and conscientious person. I have had over 20 years’ experience in retail, covering both food and fashion retail, and I have the ability to change and adapt to different situations, and also to deal with different people in a professional way. I am organized and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude.
