About Jane Keat

Psychologist, psychoanalyst, and organizational consultant. I specialize in using a psychotherapeutic approach and psychoanalytic insights to heal stressed, burned-out teams and build more successful, emotionally sustainable organizations. I offer individual consultation, group facilitation, workshops, and organizational transformation projects. For human service organizations I conduct reviews of clinical systems and critical incidents, develop policies and procedures, and offer consultation and clinical supervision to support trauma-informed care. My work with individuals, teams, and organizations is grounded in an understanding of the sociocultural landscape in which we are operating and a recognition of the impact of trauma and injustice on individuals and communities. In addition to my organizational work, I provide assessment, consultation, psychotherapy, and psychoanalysis to individuals, and offer clinical supervision and consultation to other clinicians.
