I am a passionate and results-driven Public Relations professional with a Bachelor's degree of Science in Media and Digital Communication from Zetech University and a Diploma in Journalism from the Kenya Institute of Mass Communication which have equipped me with strong skills in strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, social media management and multimedia content creation. During my tenure as a Multimedia Assistant and Public Relations Intern at the Kenya Red Cross Society, I played a key role in developing the 2021 Communication Strategy, managing social media campaigns, and documenting impactful projects through photography, videography and articles. These efforts significantly enhanced community engagement and outreach. Currently, as a Tele-Collection Officer at Letshego Kenya Limited, I have mastered my communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. My proficiency in Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop and Google Analytics enables me to create compelling content and track performance effectively.
