About Jane Labonte

A PR professional with a passion for storytelling, I have developed and executed strategies across industries, borders, and genres. My experience encompasses film, series television, awards campaigns, and the odd wildlife campaign in different parts of the world. I am passionate about fantasy, sci-fi, animation and wildlife documentaries. I currently work as an independent consultant, tailoring my approach and services to meet the client's specific needs. Collaboration is the key to success, from developing an overall strategy to delivering coverage that connects with the target audience. I have worked on challenging and budget-hampered campaigns, increased awareness for shows and platforms and secured awards nominations for unexpected contenders. I prefer to work with long-term contracts in order to deliver the best possible outcomes, but open to short-term projects. Originally from the UK, I currently reside in Los Angeles. I have also lived and worked in Africa and Indonesia, collaborating with local and international travel and conservation journalists and documentary filmmakers. My international experience has not only enriched my understanding of diverse cultures but strengthened my ability to engage with audiences across the spectrum. Let’s connect.
