About Jane Larsson

My interest in process and business development was sparked 30 years ago when I spent five years as Quality Manager in the hydropower and automotive sectors. Now I have 20 years experience as a management consultant, and have been running more than workshops in process management. The foundation of my current business is based on my experiences, which have been valuable, both for me as a person, but also as an input for development of our software solution called 2c8 Apps. Prior to starting 2c8 (2conciliate), I realized that the commonly used tools for mapping and business development were either too simple or too complex. There was a need for a solution that had capability and high usability, a user friendly modelling tool which creates desire and ability for the customer. 2c8, developed the solution to address that need. Today 2c8 has more than 1100 customers in over 30 countries. We have developed collaborations with service and product partners. Service partners for management consultancies use 2c8 to map, analyze and support their customers to improve their businesses. An example of a product partner is an ERP vendor called IFS Application that are using 2c8 to create standard models to visualize of all scenarios their software is supporting. I prefer to work close to my customer as a coach and teacher, as I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experiences about process management. I´m a curious, humble person and wish to be an asset to my customers.
