I am experienced, skilled and knowledgeable regarding the end-to-end administration of projects in the mining and construction sectors. Competent in liaising with client representatives at all levels, I am skilled at negotiating every project stage from project design, right through to the construction and installation phases. Throughout each project, I remain knowledgeable about progress being made, issues impacting on time, on budget delivery and any issues on behalf of team members or clients. By doing so, I am able to take proactive action to resolve issues and negotiate alternatives with clients to ensure all contract deliverables are met. Always professional in my demeanor and presentation, I represent employers as the first point of contact from clients. Having developed thorough knowledge of all available products and services, as well as the potential for the development of bespoke solutions, I am able to respond to initial enquiries. I then ensure that I make follow-up contact so I am able to provide more information as required. This contact enables me to build strong relationships and trust in the company’s capacity to deliver high quality outcomes. I am also experienced in contracts administration including drafting and documenting requested variations, arranging bank guarantees for provision to clients, composing progress reports, submitting payment claims and issuing invoices as per agreed timelines and stage completions. I have implemented systems to ensure that all contract deliverables and payment timelines are carefully tracked. This ensures that I am able to complete tasks on time and am alerted to any contractual issues which could impact project delivery or relationships with clients.
