I blend my knowledge of psychology and sociology with commercial awareness to create training workshops that deliver real organisational impact. I have designed, developed and delivered innovative and customer focused training solutions. In my work with Professional Training I have worked with Irish organisations and companies in the EMEA, APAC and USA regions. We work with them to develop and deliver training in Leadership Development, Change Management, Business Communication, Key Account Management and Customer Service I am a lecturer at Munster Technological University, I lecture on Human Resource Management Leadership, Sales, and Consumer Behaviour. I have designed several programmes that connect industry and MTU. I have worked on projects such as TEDxWomenCork, IndieFilmFestival, United Nations Social Good Summit and World Social Media Day.
