With a strong foundation in client service honed through years of experience in the hospitality industry and as Client Relations Manager for a top national real estate team, Jane brings a unique blend of professionalism, empathy, and unwavering dedication to every client interaction. As a licensed real estate broker and Director of Operations, Jane possesses an in-depth understanding of real estate contracts, timelines, and the intricate details of successful transactions. Her keen negotiation skills and ability to navigate complex projects have been instrumental in achieving remarkable results for Busby Group. When not immersed in the dynamic world of real estate, Jane enjoys spending quality time with her husband James and their two daughters, Harper and Matilda. After growing up in Skokie (a suburb right outside of the city), Jane knew she wanted to raise her family there. They love to explore Skokie and the surrounding suburbs and spend a lot of time at local farmer markets, restaurants and children’s activities. Beyond her professional and family life, Jane is committed to giving back to her community. She actively supports local businesses in her Skokie neighborhood and has volunteered her time to organizations like the Greater Chicago Food Depository through food drives and volunteering.
