Currently editor-in-chief of RSVP. Producing 18 Magazines a year while also overseeing our online platform RSVP Live. Formerly online editor of RSVP Live for over 12 years. Built and developed the original RSVP website and social media channels. Curating it into the online brand it is today with millions of page-views, loyal readers and over 500k following on social media. I have particular expertise in leading and managing a team of staff writers, contributors, freelance talent, photographers, and designers, ensuring seamless collaboration across all stages of magazine and online production with my team of editors, journalists, contributors and designers. Managing multiple high-pressure deadlines while coordinating with pre-production teams, printers, and stakeholders to ensure flawless execution is key to my work. I working closely with the commercial team and audience managers to align production with strategic objectives, driving and sustaining strong sales performance. Central to my work is data analysis, understanding google platforms, seo and social media algorithms so we get the best outcome for our commercial clients and brand. Previous background in drama teaching and theatre.
