I was responsible for engaging, consulting, and communicating branch changes to consumers and stakeholders while leading the team. As evidenced in my long-term career, I am adept in managing projects, timescales, and budgets including material and people resources to meet and exceed all performance targets as well as cost control and risk mitigation goals. In addition, I am an exceptional collaborator with experience in community engagement and working with public affairs teams, and negotiating with consumer watchdog organisations, executive leaders, colleagues, and company stakeholders.
