We live in a complex world where outdated assumptions about life and work are no longer serving us. Now is the time for leaders, organizations, and collectives to bring new paradigms into being. But how? Deep organizational transformation can only occur hand-in-hand with inner transformation. Focusing change efforts primarily on WHAT we do is not enough. We need to also inquire into HOW and WHY we do that work in order for the change to truly be woven into the fabric of the organization. I'm a change designer and facilitator with experience guiding organizations and leaders on change journeys - with intergovernmental organizations, federal agencies, national organizations, universities, mission-driven organizations, collectives, and others. In addition to research and science fluency, I understand from experience what it's like to lead and work in organizations.
