About Jane M. Floyd

With over 20 years of experience as an organizational change management coach, I help leaders and teams achieve their full potential and drive positive change in their organizations. I am the founder and principal of InSight Dimensions, a hybrid organization of clinical and corporate consulting that blends behavioral change principles and processes with executive coaching and leadership development. I am also a licensed psychological associate and a doctor of psychology with a focus on clinical psychology. In addition to running my own practice, I work as an executive coach and professional trainer at Statera Coaching & Leadership Consulting and Pixel Leadership Group, two leading firms that specialize in diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ) and emotional intelligence (EQ) skill development. I use an empirically driven approach to assess, coach, train, and support business professionals with a DEIJ focus, using standardized and custom tools such as the EQi 2.0 and EQ 360. My passion is to empower individuals and organizations to overcome challenges, enhance performance, and create positive impact.
